This. I know we are a running team and we have a great running back but we have to have more of a threat thru the air this year. With the weapons we have at wr and rb, we should not have problems scoring this year. We have to mix and match our offense with a more balanced attack than last year.

As myself and others have stated over and over, this all is on Matt Cassel. With the defense he has and the weapons on offense he is set up great. There is no reason whatsoever that he shouldn't put up better numbers this year than last. No reason.

What weapons does he have on offense that he didn't have last year? The team is not stacked.

Passing game is gunna have to do something. They are obviously going to be expecting us to run run run especially with Cassel dinged up. Buffalo's Front 7 is improved, I definitely dont expect 277 rushing yards again against them. I think we'll have to pass to set up the run. Hope Baldwin plays to give Cassel another weapon. Im pretty damn concerned about our offense even with the weapons we have. Definitely interested to see how our O-Line holds up, and without Moeaki to help pass and run block. My gut says we struggle offensively, even running the ball, and it will be a struggle to score points.

Not too worried about the Bills O really, although they do have some playmakers and Fitzpatrick isn't complete garbage. I think our pass rush could be deadly this year, and with their O-Line, I think we'll put plenty of pass rush on Fitzpatrick and he'll make some mistakes hopefully leading to turnovers. If we can get an early lead and make them one dimensional, they dont have a chance on O in my opinion.

Chiefs - 20 Bills - 13

It depends on what you think of Breaston, but I tend to think he brings something the team didn't have last year, as does McClain.

Do you remember the Wr we ran out there last year opposite Bowe?

The additions of Breaston, Baldwin, McClain, a healthy McClusster are more than he had last year. He will be missing Moeaki which hurts but there is still enough offensive weapons to make this offense go.

Breaston and Baldwin. Like I said in another thread, I dont care if Baldwin hasn't practiced or played really, with his size, hands and leaping ability, he will be a threat in the red zone and someone you can just throw it up to down the field. Breaston is WAY better than any WR we had last year opposite Bowe or in the slot.

Also, a healthy and more experienced McCluster...we saw his playmaking ability in the pre season.

Losing Moeaki sucks ass, but its not the end of the world. We'll see more 3 WR sets for sure and once Baldwin gets more time, he'll eventually start. Bowe-Baldwin-Breaston could be our best WR core ever.

Hey Bills fans, if you can't beat KC this Sunday you might as well give up all hope and go 0-16 and make a run at Andrew Luck. Well, your team might get the first pick and still screw it up, but you should still be able to beat KC.

KC's first team offense and defense have been horrible all preseason. KC's first team offense managed a measly 2 field goals - both on turnovers around the 11 yard line of the opposition, against 1st team defenses. Now with Baldwin missing all of preseason, Cassel nursing hurt ribs, Lilja with some mystery injury and Moeaki out for the season, they are hurting even worse. If Palko has to play, he should be good for at least one pick six on his impressive fade away pass.

KC's first team defense has not been able to stop opposing teams first string offenses. The Rams pounded the ball down KC's throats, as did GB. If you have to convert 3rd and long, don't worry about, it hasn't stopped anyone else from getting first downs on 3rd and 15.

The coaching staff is also lost. They couldn't even get the first play of the game in on time without burning a timeout.

This game is Buffalo's for the taking. If you can't beat KC you'll be the bitch cows of the 2011 NFL Season.

I just hope when Baldwin gets healthy they let him play and not try and discipline him or whatever for this crap. I know you don't want divas running the franchise, but this "right 53" boyscout stuff is good and all, but we need the playmakers and talent on the field.

Yeah, the Chiefs by FIVE touchdowns. Right. If this idiot feels so strongly about it, he should bet the farm on KC, who was giving 6.5 points last time I checked...the Cassel uncertainty could cause that number to go down a bit.
