You cant ruin a young QB.

There's only 2 options if Cassel starts:

1) He knows Cassel sucks but starts him anyway because he has no real power or influence (or because he's just thankful to be given the job) - aka Gunther Cunningham or
2) He doesn't know Cassel sucks and therefore isn't fit to be a head coach.

I'm trying to listen to the follow up on 810 sports radio from the local fans and it's nothing but fucking commericals! WTF? One question or call from a listener and then 5 minutes of ads? This sucks

I'm not sure Crennel would have taken the job if he has no say on the QB. We'll see if Cassel starts. The simple fact they were talking about a free-agent, Kyle Orton, suggests to me that Orton is the guy. Obviously, if Orton is re-signed, no way Cassel can beat him out.
