Been asked and answered... Bowe was costing KC a huge cap hit of 11.4 mil last year... Alex, was costing 4.6 against their cap. The weak response was that it was about the total contract.. not just cap hit. I say BS to that. The only money worth keying on when judging a player's worth each year... IS that cap hit each year.

I'd say Smith definitely earned his 4.6 mil... Now, he will have to earn his 15.5? cap hit this year, or the finger pointers will have a valid complaint.
