And I have a hard time believing that Foles won't turn the ball over far more frequently, which puts the defense in a poor position, especially considering their current limitations.

The Chiefs are 15-2 with Alex Smith over the course of their last 17 games.

Nick Foles is 4-7 as a starter during that time.

With what defense?

Because most of the 15-2 Alex is afforded is because of the defense.

You damn fool. Where were all the wins when the same defensive personnel was on this team before his arrival?

That's the biggest flaw in your argument. We have years of comparison pre- Smith/Reid era to show that he single handedly turned things around.

Take your alzheimer's meds.

I fully disagree.

Young players and rookies in the secondary, very little pass rush, very few, if ever, exotic blitzes, 2 different starting ILBer's, the loss of Bailey on the season, etc.

It's a team sport, something people around here have been brainwashed into forgetting.

The same personnel from 2012?

Anyone want to see how many defensive starters were here in 2012? Because I'm not wasting my time doing it. Off the top of my head, it's Hali, DJ and maybe Sorenson? Poe as a rookie?

You don't go from 2-14 to a playoff berth off of sheer luck. Discrediting Smith when he turned this organization around despite the fact the defensive personnel did not change literally at all from 2012 to 2013

God. ****. You are dumb!!!

That's true. I think Dorsey overturned close to half of the roster that first season. But he picked up a lot of guys off of the scrap heap and they played pretty well. It's amazing what Dorsey did in turning this team around so quickly.

2012 defense and 2013 defense was 85% the SAME. You understand that I just found a severe flaw in your logic that you cannot refute?

If you think Sean Smith (the only significant change in the roster) was the reason this team went from 2 wins to a playoff team in one offseason then you must be smoking some of the strongest weed this side of the mississippi.

Holy ****!

Alex Smith = Winner

Alex Smith and Nick Foles have IDENTICAL INT % over the course of their careers.

Furthermore, in Philly, Foles had a FOUR TO ONE TD-INT ratio his last two seasons.

SUPPORT THE CHIEFS QUARTERBACK

Then why was he traded for a bag of shit?

And why couldn't he wrestle the job from Case Keenum or the #1 overall pick (who has yet to see the field)?
