Jack Del Rio: Fired by the Raiders after going 25-24 over three seasons with one playoff appearance.

Jon Gruden: 18-28 near the end of his third season back with the Raiders with zero playoff appearances.

Looks like a $100 million downgrade.

Gruden is just not that good of a coach anymore and hasn’t been for awhile.

After he won the Super Bowl, that Tampa team just went average to below average for the next 6 years. And he’s obviously never done anything in Oakland/Vegas.

And yes, it could be argued that Del Rio was the better Raiders head coach.

At this point, Herbert has played well enough that they'll probably bring Lynn back thinking that once they are healthy, they'll be fine.
