Yep, I was going to comment on that. I expect every team in our division to be competent, even the Raiders.

The most watched regular season game in NFL history was the 2022 Cowboys/Giants game on Thanksgiving, with 42.1 million viewers.

Chiefs/Cowboys has a real chance to exceed that #.

Delusional bastards

Bills

Based on the projected win totals from the oddsmakers, the Bills have the fifth-easiest schedule in the league behind the 49ers, Patriots, Saints and Falcons. That’s quite a change from 2024 when they had the 10th-toughest schedule yet still went out and won 13 regular-season games and their fifth consecutive AFC East title.

The final SOS has them listed tied with the Chargers at 27th. So more or less the same

Breakdown of how many miles each team travels. Bills and Bengals get off easy.

Odd, considering no one else will be playing at that specific time on Thanksgiving or Christmas.

8 of 17 prime time games.

Don't worry, Buffalo will petition the league to get that changed.

Bowser 05-14-2025 08:13 PM

I like that we get our bye in week 10. I also like that we get both the Lions and Commanders here for primetime games. Good stuff.

Is there an algorithm that factors in team strength and then---miles traveled, time between games, monday/thursday/saturday games,

I will never get past the three games in 11 days schedule last year. I know we went 3-0, but that should never happen.

dlphg9 05-14-2025 08:55 PM

Yes, finally a Thanksgiving game!

Lmao, they did it to us twice this year

Game on the 16th, 23rd, 27th of November. Broncos, Colts, Cowboys.

Dec 14th, 21st, 25th. Chargers, Titans, Broncos

Hark Clunt 05-14-2025 09:50 PM

schedule seems way less crazy than last years. christmas being on a thursday helps a lot. starting the season in brazil is tricky, but get through that and i don't think there are too many complaints.

we're basically doing what the cowboys usually do. they often play their thursday night game within a few weeks after thanksgiving to keep some rhythm.

Yep. It was 3 games in 10 days last year because Christmas was on a Wednesday. Every team pretty much has to do 3 games in 11 days whenever the have a Thursday game.

NFL said we going to break some tv records on Thanksgiving. Chiefs vs Cowboys damn that will be a monster. Packers vs Lions should be good one and the Bengals vs Ravens at night.

No doubt. Finally, a turkey day worth watching football!

We very rarely get a gimme. If there is such a thing in the NFL. The Chargers and Bronocs are now decent to good. The Raiders have some talent too. Then we always have to play the Ravens and Bills as division winners.
