Based on what? There is absolutely no way to prove this.
Even if you say it's only "10 yards" (which is another assumption, Cincy's punter has bombed it today), maybe that's the difference in a TD and FG, giving the Bengals a chance here at the end.
I don't know what universe you live in where giving Manning the ball on his side of the field is ever, ever a good idea. It wasn't like they were pinned in their endzone, the punter would've kicked it to the other end of the field unless he shanks it.
