In fact you won't, because you're lazy, but you can find that black Americans are 55% more likely to commit a violent crime in a city with a population over 200k.

In small towns (under 30k) black Americans only commit crime relative to their population.

Why is this?...

To expand further, unless you have data and means and political affiliation for all these cities than you're pulling facts directly out of your anus.

uh, they aren't illegal.

Are you saying he had a Class III Title 2 dealers license? If not, then yes it was illegal for him to own a fully automatic weapon.

are you aware that he didn't? automatic weapons are illegal, they are regulated. we don't know if he was legal or not, but based on his affluence, I suspect he probably was legal.

I am going with no he didn't have a dealers license because they would already have that info.

But if he did, he is the first person ever-in the US that I am aware of using a fully automatic weapon in a mass shooting legally. I could be wrong.

He didn't do anything legally in a mass shooting.

I mean, aside from the cute girl, why does the average joe need the ability to do this?

If mass shootings were legal, imagine the chaos!

How does the hotel answer these questions?

In the summer I go to Vegas to play poker for a couple weeks. I always have a book bag with me with energy drinks, headphones, cell ph charger, snacks etc because I am literally gone the entire day from my room and I don't usually stay that close to the strip.

I am not going to be very happy if they ban backpacks and make it impossible to move around freely from casino to casino. Happened once out of 50 years. I think we are doing pretty good. We don't need rejerk reactions, but I'm afraid these hotels are going to be afraid of liability now and do something significant.

Sometimes shit happens, because, crazy people.

incorrect. You do not need a dealers license. You find a class 3 FFL, pay your 200 dollar tax stamp, file a form 3 with the NFA, and purchase a pre ban 1986 fully automatic rifle. The huge kicker is since there are only a limited amount of fully automatic rifles for purchase they are extrememly expensive. +$15,000. I would bet he used bump stocks on a couple AK's. Sprayed into the crowd from a couple hundred yards away.

Fully automatic weapons are illegal, but machinists can convert them. YouTube videos also explain how it can be done.

There is one unlikely exception. A machine gun purchased prior to 1986 is eligible for a license from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, which issued a tax stamp. But those stamps are almost impossible to acquire.
Either way, the guns were almost certainly illegal for him to have.

My HRs husband was shot and is still missing. Several of my co-workers were there, too ****ing close to home. Nobody at work looks right. Terrible day here.

Missing?

penbrook 10-02-2017 02:02 PM

Holy shot! The shooter had bought over 30 weapons and used one after another. Used over 10 weapons. His dad was on the Most Wanted list for armed robbery.
