the court transcripts and photos do two things:

1. Show that the plea deal was offered because the case was flimsy as ****. Tyreek could easily have gotten off, which is why he initially plead NOT GUILTY. But the plea deal was so good, it wasn't worth risking conviction.

2. There is very little physical evidence that the incident described by Espinal actually happened. Both on her, and in the room. Tyreek Hill is LEFT HANDED. Where are the marks on the right side of her face if he was wailing away on her?

I fully admit that even if the other pictures show more bruising and other evidence of a physical attack, that doesn't mean that Tyreek was the one that did it, especially with the lack of physical evidence in his home.
