As has come up repeatedly in this thread, in some states it is ILLEGAL for a teacher to have relations with a student, even if he/she is of age. It's ridiculous and absurd, but the law in some places. F'ing stupid.

How is it absurd to have a law against a teacher ****ing their student?
It would be absurd not to have such a law.

Agreed. And if it's "put out or fail", then that's at least arguably nonconsensual and rape charges could be filed, or a civil complaint could be filed for damages, no question about it. But if truly consensual by both ADULTS then just strip him/her of their teaching credentials, fire them, and be done with it.

I really think these laws are dumb. If you are savvy enough to plow your teacher you should receive an award and the teacher granted a pass.

Guilty. Having said that, I have no problem with teachers ****ing their students if the student is of age and I'm the student. I wouldn't have told a soul.
