No, it wasn't. Too many quick 3's reminded me of last year and too many missed shots from point blank range but they overcame well.

Good defense. Nova was starting to hit some 3's and MU shut it down fast and got back to their game. It was nice to see such a recovery on the road.

It's good that I've heard more cheer for MU than Nova so far. I dunno if there is more MU Fans in the building, or if Nova is just not giving much to cheer about.

One has to wonder. Frank Haith, the coach nobody wanted, has the team playing their best ball they have played in ages. They are dominating in a controled way. None of the fast and furious shit we have seen the last several years. Solid defense, good ball movement and they are driving the basket a lot more than they did under Anderson.

Phil Pressey was out of the game for a big part of that half. (including the slump) It'll be interesting to see how the team responds when he comes back in. The kid has a knack for getting his team mates easy shots.
