Tesla CEO Elon Musk surprised everyone and unveiled a new Roadster on Thursday evening.

After unveiling the company's first big-rig, Tesla had its new Roadster driven out of the back of the semi-trailer.

The sports car will be able to go from 0 to 60 mph in just 1.9 seconds, making it the fastest production car ever made, Musk said.

I was just about there that day lol, i was actually headed to buy an ss and then when i got there they had sold it out from under me.


Shitty day.

The block was specially built by Ford Racing, so we were told. According to our customer, they built it to handle 750HP on pump, 1K on E85.

What's in it? No idea tbh. Customer had it built before we came on board with the project.

How much boost will we run? Don't know yet. Whatever's required to get the figures the customer is seeking.

Eh, in hindsight they woulda been nice for the fabrication part of it. Outside of that it's just an added expense. Not an open check book car.

Insurance will buy 4 new ones. What did you hit? A pot hole? If they were notified of the pothole they will or can be forced to pay for new ones.

Im not wanting to turn it into my insurance because they label that a collision...

AND we spent MONTHS trying to find something we loved the look of. I haven't found them this time yet...

So i just parked it and am driving our 2010 burb, but after driving my truck i hate it.
