I made a veggie pizza for dinner: zucchini, red pepper, purple onion and spinach. No pics....too hungry to get it out.

I threw a quick marinade on some chuck eyes and pan seared. With some sautéed button mushrooms.

Now you? you're the owner of the business, so if you happen to be a wee bit bleary eyed and slow early on, its no big deal... those of us working for "the man" dont have that luxury, most bosses dont hold their employees to the same standard they do themselves.

Boss - "I'm a tad hungover, deal with it".

Employee - "I'm a bit hungover, better not show it".

Lol that's my every day schedule. Not just drinking.

I saw that large thing on the left once in the Gremlins movie. I have a feeling you'll have something emerge from your abdomen tonight. Good luck.

I can't stand Red Lobster. Well, technically I've only been there once. My first experience wasn't what I was expecting, total letdown. I can make the cheesy biscuits at home so there's no reason to go back now lol.

All I can say is, being a New Englander in Florida it's hard to find one of those sea food shacks or something not a chain here. Most places here are stinkin' chains. Sooooooooooooo....it's hard to 'eff up a Maine lobster. It was just as good though. Service was great! I got a hankering for this entree when I saw the commercials last night on TV.

I can't eat the cheesy biscuits though. I have to make those at home.

Hit up a Mexican joint, they know how to do seafood. Not sure about lobster though lol, that's too fancy for them. Theyll probably have tilapia or cat fish lol

No really good Mexican places around here 'cept one. They don't have fish that I recall. Down by the beach has some good fish tacos but they were bought out and switched out the haddock for mahi and I hate mahi.

Excellent chicken recipe that'll smell up the house with deliciousness.

2 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup of your favorite salsa
1/2 packet of taco seasoning

Shred it up, eat it as a taco, burrito or whatever your preference may be.
