Herm was very easy to like and root for before he was completely exposed as an idiot.

And sadly he was a better HC than Romeo will ever be.

Romeo will never do jack as a HC.

Hammock Parties 04-18-2012 09:47 PM

This whole board will ****ing hate Romeo Crennel before it's all said and done. You watch.

Herman ****ing Edwards had some talented teams in NY that underachieved before he ****ed them all to hell.

Crennel never had any talent to work with.

Herman ****ing Edwards ws exposed as an idiot long before he was hired in KC, and I hated that useless SOB the minute he was hired by the Jets.

Crennel is never going to be a great coach, and I believe that we will be spinning our wheels for the next 3 years, but you are just trying to rewrite history.

O.city 04-18-2012 09:53 PM

Talent owns in the NFL.

Crennel didn't have it in Cleveland, has it here.

Norv has it in spades, can't do shit.

I don't think Crennel is near what Clay or Satanic goat or whatever his name is now, thinks he is, but I don't see him as a great coach. Just have to wait and see.

I know one thing, I'd take three years of Romeo than three years of Fisher.

Edwards had his shtick that got very old very fast. He's a perfect ESPN contributer, he says absolutely nothing, but sounds great saying it. He never controlled an offensive or defensive unit. Crennel is 20X the X's and O's coach Edwards was. We'll see how he does. Good or bad, he won't be here that long.

What do you absolutely hate about Crennel? His age? The failure at Cleveland? Pioli hired him?

That about sums it up.

Okay, because I was listing the dumb reasons to hate him.

Hammock Parties 04-18-2012 10:05 PM

He's soft on players and lets the inmates run the asylum. At least that's how he ran his shitbag operation in Cleveland.

Mark my words, everyone here will hate that fat bastard in three seasons, and probably sooner.

Haley was really hard on players, and ruled with an iron fist. I learned to hate him in just one season.

There's nothing wrong with that.

Haley's only problem is that he tried to be OC and HC at the same time.

BryanBusby 04-18-2012 10:13 PM

That's because he had to since no offensive coordinators worth a shit wanted to deal with him.

Loving the praise for Herm "Club Ed" Edwards lollll

Hoover 04-18-2012 10:18 PM

Romeo is the Trent Dilfer of Head Coaches.

All I want him to do is manage players and focus on the defense. Let's pray to god our OC is worth a shit.

Maybe he was also trying to **** Pioli over by destroying his team. But he had the gameday coaching skills of a reeruned monkey. Whatever the correct strategic decision was for the Chiefs, you could count on Haley to pick the wrong thing 75% of the time. Herm was clueless, but at least he was consistent. He marked all the T or F questions as F down the line and got half of them right at least.

Okie_Apparition 04-18-2012 10:56 PM

DaBoll isn't so player friendly & the rest the D staff are worth their salt
If he can delegate like DV, Romeo will be okay
Rex the reerun the second won't happen with his staff
