Sorenson defies every white guy stereotype imaginable. He's nothing remotely resembling steady. He's not this heady, powerful player in the secondary.

He's a really athletic playmaker that blows 3 plays for every play he makes.

But shit, at least he makes that one play here and there. Right now we're getting all the blown plays with none of the occasional splash plays that make it interesting.

Yeah, Sorenson, sadly enough, would help this defense a fair amount.

I thought we were getting a run stopper/thumper?

We got shit.

When the Star came out with their fawning reviews of Ragland, it felt like aliens had tapped into my brain.

To my further astonishment, Chiefs fans started talking about him like he was the second coming of Ray Lewis.

After the NFL decided that "thumping" is bad, it just made things worse.

I feel bad for the guy, but damn.

Ragland is a blunt knife in a gun fight. Hugh Hefner in a gay bar. A polar bear in California.

Even if he was half-decent, which he's absolutely not, he has no place in the goddamn National Arena League.

Hitchens is heading down the same road.

Hard to understand what happened here, he was really flashing toward the end of last season... it cant ALL be attributed to his knee

A lot of these shit players were added to the roster under the assumption that they would be playing alongside the likes of Berry and Houston, so maybe some of their deficiencies wouldn't be so exacerbated, and they would develop in to good if not serviceable players.

This is of course a dumb and dangerous way to fill a roster, and it speaks volumes about the Chiefs defensive woes.
