Sorry, I don't. Once I pick it up, it's straight devourment. It's pretty straight forward though, ground chorizo, and cubed up potato. It's that tortilla though, man. Their verde is very spicy and takes it another level.

Yep, everyday. A family slangs them out of a gas station. They're all breakfast. Bean, egg/bacon, carne asada, and chorizo/papas. They're usually gone by 9:30am. Lol, they used to be 2 for $1 10 years ago.

Holy shit! That's dirt cheap. Are they any kind of quality?

They have to be small right?

They were smaller back when they were 2 for $1 and I could eat 2 no problem. They're bigger now and I can only eat 1 (Gringofication of MX). I'd say they're a couple clicks smaller than a Chipotle burrito.

I assumed they were rolled up breakfast tacos like steak and Shake does. Wow. That's the best bargain in town I'd guess. Those poor people could easily bump it to 3 bucks and it'd still be a deal.

You would think. I've been going to the same spot for over a decade as my in laws bought down there in the 90's as part of a RV community. Back then the streets would be lined with gingos during the winter months to the point it was hard to drive around. Then the economy tanked and you can imagine how hard it hit the Mexican tourist industry. It's pretty desolate now, with cinder block skeletons of abandon condo/resort projects on the beach and hollowed out store fronts. It's pretty rough down there for the locals so $1 is probably an accurate market price for a burrito these days.

I got back on Tuesday from a week down there, but I could probably stay until those burritos exploded my heart.

Heh, at those rates I may have to start spending my winters down there. I don't work for 2 months anyways.

Damn that looks good. Way back in the day was a guy who worked at Wolf Creek Power Plant. He and his wife would make breakfast and lunch burritos and tamales the night before. His wife would be in parking lot 5:30 am sharp every morning selling to the construction crowd. When she sold out the breakfast then she would wait for the lunch crowd the lines were long and would sell out pretty quick. If I remember right tamales were 50 cents and burritos a buck. They was tasty but you had to bring your own sauce. She was in an old bakery truck the back end was full of Styrofoam coolers of the food. Those places constantly have construction going on must been a gold mine for them. Wonder if she is still there.

Made the cauliflower pizza for lunch today. You can't get any better than this. It's damn good. I used Food Wishes recipe on YouTube.
