Look up cauliflower pizza crust on YouTube. Watch Food Wishes. I used 2 eggs instead of one. I also used cheese cloth to wring out the water.

And for a healthy alternative to pepperoni, thinly slice cauliflower and roast on the pizza!

I made chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes tonight, but the steak and the breading were too rubbery. I'm thinking it happened because I didn't have the oil quite hot enough or I didn't cook it long enough, but I'm a total kitchen n00b.

I made fried chicken and I may never get this smell out of my house. It was pretty tasty though.

Mix equal parts of buttermilk and eggs together. Dip the your cube steak in the wash. Coat with flour and fry. Once you see blood from the cube steak give it 2-3 minutes and flip. Fry for another 4-6 minutes. Done

Does it get crisp? I just picture it as an old soggy sauce soaker.
