What you are actually saying=white people with money shouldn't go to jail. Jail is for poor white trash, and people whose skin are varying shades of brown.

Social realities being what they are, it's not for me to say who falls into what category. My point is simply that we need to consider what's best for society no matter how harsh that may seem to some. Facts are facts. Certain abilities to contribute must be given preferential treatment be those attributes financial, societal, a wookie living on Endor, or skin color.
