My point about it yesterday is not that she specifically and that specific PM is a cause for a ban, because that's not my call. My intent was to discuss the idea overall, for proper planet etique. What I got from you yesterday is that PM's can't be seen unless they are shared and even then modified so the real truth isn't known.

Therefore, in theory, I could PM someone with threats and you couldn't prove that I did unless I admitted to it. I don't understand it, but it appears that this is the end of the debate.

Those of you who waste your time and effort going back and forth with her are the delusional ones. I have never, ever, ever, ever seen someone get a satisfactory "victory" over her. They may soundly trounce her in logic, prove her wrong, reveal her to be a liar, unmask her mean spiritedness, and have clear evidence of all, but they'll still find no satisfaction. I'm not on her side, (I think she comes off as a female David Spade; I hate David Spade) but if you are referring to this then I see no threat of legal action, just reporting to a mod.

Sure if you want to count DC as part of the Lounge then yeah he really has participated. But that is not what we are talking about here.

He started 235 threads in 3 months in the DC while only posting 37 times in the Lounge during that same time spread. I don't know what else you need to know.

As I stated before since the rule came out he has posted almost all the time in the Lounge and I don't think if he ever posts in DC anymore.

Unlike you, he's done nothing to be sued over. The sexual harrassing words you have typed would be illegal in most situations off the board. As for Iowa Bob, being the single most vulgar and vile person on my non-ignore list isn't illegal. Lucky for him though, you have come along and give him some stiff competition in the face of his new non-existance in my life.
