We could be seeing the some of the impact Danny Manning's departure could be having on the big men of this squad.

But yet,

Lolz at the falling sky, we should have seen this coming. We lost all of our scoring in T-Rob and Tyshawn. We need the 2 frosh to develop a little quicker especially Ellis.

Since we lost our groove from December, when the conference season started, it always felt like 2005 (Simien, Langford, Miles, Lee senior season). A team experienced enough that they should be winning fairly easily, yet it was always hard. Building a tremendous record, rising in the rankings, and yet it looked ugly and just didn't feel right. You could see it coming that once they lost one it could snowball. The 2005 team had a tough time all the way into March and we know what happened there. I hope this team can get it turned around before that.

A trip to the second weekend this year would be a great result the way it's going.

This should be nominated for stupidest post of the year.
