You're kind of bragging when you say you're one of the fittest people on this board. Which is humorous in 2 respects. One, this board is probably just like the rest of the internet, with a lot of fat, out of shape people. And two, you're making this boast in this thread, which is peopled by dudes who squat New Zealand.

She doesn't post here.

Pushups really don't do shit for you muscular wise and are more like aerobic work because there isn't much resistance.

The only pushups I ever do are putting my hands touching each other into a triangle and hitting the shit out of my triceps by touching my chest to my hands. End a workout with a few sets of 20 of those and your triceps get filled tremendously with blood.

Shit no. She's buff. Works out 5-6 days a week, way more than I do.

I do them but hands higher up and touch forehead to hands. Kind of like a skullcrusher. I do them to failure as the second leg of superset with heavy weight tricep pushdowns.

This is a very busy time of year for me so I'm only getting to the gym 4 times each week and I'm feeling like a lazy tub of shit.

One of my best friends had a lawn are business and did taxes in the early spring. He was a huge whitewater paddler and could basically support his paddling 6 months by working 6 months. I'd love to be able to do taxes like that and make a huge chunk of change. Except I hate doing taxes.
