Young-Volquez-Guthrie-Duffy-Ventura is our rotation out of the break, plus Medlen coming up in the coming days and Vargas coming back Tuesday. I am seeing some things on Twitter that Medlen could be activated for tomorrow (one day earlier than originally planned, I think) due to the major bullpen usage today.

Looks like Ed Farmer thinks Lorenzo Cain should be getting hit tomorrow for hitting the homerun and looking into the Royals dugout.
