Hunt essentially got a year ban. 8 games including playoffs last year and now the first 8 games

1. Learn how to read. I said he should be cut/banned if any of this turns out true.

2. I said separately that I have never liked Hill and always thought him to be a vituperative scumbag, because you don't just have an isolated incident like punching and choking your pregnant girlfriend once. And we know that he did that because he both admitted it and plead guilty in a court of law to doing it.

3. The only reason anyone here is supporting him is because he plays for the Chiefs and is an excellent football player. If he ran 4.6, he'd never have gotten a chance in the NFL in the first place. Sorry if I'm not going to excuse someone's character because they're good at football. It's not virtue signaling; it's understanding where priorities lie.

Where did you say that? I didn’t see it in any of those recent posts, and judging by your responses it seems like you’re assuming guilt. Otherwise, I don’t understand why you’re giving us shit for simply saying we don’t know what happened, or what he’s even being accused of, and nobody is guilty of anything yet.

If you were a boss, which makes you look like a bigger idiot:

1) Firing a productive, profitable employee who committed an offense on video, then lied to you about it repeatedly

2) Keeping that guy around because of his profitability

Now, add this:

The guy who replaced the fired employee was every bit as productive.

Good luck maintaining any respect or authority with that philosophy, especially when taking action against someone that lied to you didn't demonstrably affect the product anyway.

People are literally saying in this thread that the Chiefs will look like idiots if they release Hill even if he's guilty because someone else will pick him up. Do you not realize how profoundly ****ed up that is?

My stance is pretty clear: "I am of the belief that if I excuse conduct like Hill's past and alleged current behavior that for my own benefit I'm condoning it. I'm not going to do that."

And look, I get and understand why people need second chances. But there is also a line of demarcation in what warrants a second chance. I think we all agree on that. I don't think anyone believed that Rae Carruth needed a second chance. Kids getting caught selling drugs because they're broke and from shitty homes, I get. Stupid teenage bullshit, regrettable tweets, who hasn't done that stuff? But Hill is literally a violent criminal, and it wasn't like he went up to the toughest dude in the yard and smashed his face in--he beat his girlfriend while she was carrying their child. Sorry, don't think he should have gotten the chance in the first place, and his success on the field is immaterial in that determination unless you have warped, warped priorities.

Specific allegation, and identity of specific alleging party? . . .

There's a gulf of difference between assessment of concrete allegations based on established evidence, and acceptance that current rumors are unfounded and speculative at present.

Do you and Brook know something that the rest of the world doesn't? The problem here is your use of the word ALLEGED! At this point no one knows jack shit. Jesus Christ slow down.

Child abuse and CPS removing the child from the home for concern over safety. It is known that the child has, at the very least, a broken arm, and there is additional information I was given from other respected members of this forum, that welts, cuts, and bruises were also found on his son.

Damien Williams had over 5 YPC and 10 TD’s in 7 games after Hunt was gone, 4 of those TD’s in the playoffs.

So terrible! ROFL

Those are allegations of things that appear to have happened to the child.
Do you have any specific allegations of what the Chiefs player did?

And do you have specific sources with specific statements of what abusive acts form the foundation of a 'child abuse' allegation? And what specific concerns CPS has for the child's safety to form the foundation for removal?
