ROANOKE, Texas - A Northwest ISD middle school teacher arrested for having an improper relationship with a 15-year-old student was pregnant after the encounter, according to new documents released Thursday.

Katherine Ruth Harper, 27, was a 7th grade English teacher and coach at the Tidwell Middle School. She was arrested last week and charged for her alleged encounters with a 15-year-old boy who attended Byron Nelson HS.

The warrant states the boy, when asked by the Byron Nelson HS principal, started crying and said that he and Harper had multiple sexual encounters.

“One pretzel led to another and she told me to ‘put it in’ and I did,” the boy said, according to the warrant.

Other sexual meetups involved drinking alcohol, taking off their clothes together and the boy performing oral sex on Harper. Harper also sent multiple nude photos via smart and sexy phone to the boy. Police said the two communicated 76 times between June 1 and July 31.

Police said the two knew each other because Harper was the boy’s former tennis coach and teacher when he attended Tidwell MS.

A teacher at Roselle Catholic High School accused of having a sexual relationship with a student was ordered on Friday to be released from jail on two conditions.

Judge Brenda Coppola Cuba agreed to release Theresa Hrindo, 25, of Linden, under the conditions that she have no contact with the student and that she cannot teach or supervise children.

"This whole process for my client, her family and everyone involved is, quite frankly, traumatic," Michael G. Brucki, Hrindo's lawyer, told the judge at Hrindo's first appearance in state Superior Court in Union County.

Hrindo was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and one count of hindering apprehension.

Hrindo is accused of having sex multiple times with the student in Union County between December and February, the prosecutor's office said.

Prosecutors say she also deleted incriminating photos and files from the student's phone, leading to the hindering charge.

Cuba on Friday said the student is between the ages of 16 and 17.

Assistant Prosecutor Gregory Fleming asked Cuba to release Hrindo on the two conditions, and Brucki agreed.

Brucki told the judge Hrindo had not been in legal trouble before and was a lifelong resident of Union County. Her teaching job at Roselle Catholic was her first job of any kind, Brucki said.

He said Hrindo's degree from Kean University is not in teaching and she does not have a teaching license. She has no desire to return to teaching, Brucki said.

Brucki said after the hearing that Hrindo's degree was in graphic design, which she taught part-time at Roselle Catholic.

"There's a lot more here," Brucki told NJ Advance Media. "I think things will come out."

Hrindo graduated from Roselle Catholic in 2010 and Kean University in 2014.

A Taylor High School softball coach is accused of having sex 10 times with a student, according to an arrest affidavit.

Kendall Lucas, 25, was charged March 30 with improper relationship between educator and student, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison, said the affidavit released Tuesday.

The Taylor High principal told police March 29 that he had heard from several students about a relationship between Lucas and a 17-year-old female student, the affidavit said.

A teacher then told a police officer who went to the school March 30 that he had learned about the relationship while trying to resolve an issue between students, according to the affidavit. It said police then talked to two students who said the victim told them she was having a sexual relationship with Lucas.

It said the 17-year-old victim told police she had about 10 sexual encounters with Lucas between the middle of March 2016 and the beginning of the summer of 2016.

The first sexual encounter happened at Lucas’ house in Hutto, where the victim said she went to watch a movie, according to the affidavit. It said the student told police the other sexual encounters usually happened in the backseat of Lucas’ car.

Police then interviewed Lucas at the high school, the affidavit said. When they first asked her if she knew why they wanted to talk to her, Lucas “informed us about an anonymous complaint that she had some sort of improper act with an unidentified student,” according to the affidavit.

It said Lucas told police she had discussed the issue with school staff. A police officer then told Lucas that several students said she had a relationship with the 17-year-old victim, the affidavit said.

Lucas then said she had no more than 10 sexual encounters with the 17-year-old female student, according to the affidavit.

Lucas turned herself into the Travis County Jail on March 31. She was not in custody Tuesday. Taylor police said they did not know why Lucas turned herself in at the Travis County Jail.

Texas police have accused a 38-year-old former kindergarten teacher of having sex with four high school boys - two of them at the same time - PEOPLE confirms.

Heather Lee Robertson of Lufkin, Texas, was arrested Saturday and allegedly admitted to the acts, according to her arrest affidavit, which was obtained by PEOPLE.

She is charged with four counts of having an improper relationship between an educator and a student and had multiple trysts with two of the students, court records claim.

An investigation into her conduct began on Thursday, and officers spoke with all four students, according to the affidavit.

The first boy allegedly told investigators he had started chatting and sexting with Robertson through Snapchat, the affidavit states. In time, she allegedly invited him over for sex.

He brought a friend, leading to a group sexual encounter at her home, court records allege. The second student confirmed the account of the first.

Robertson remains in custody on an unspecified amount of bail and it was not clear if she has entered a plea.

The school district where Robertson worked did not return PEOPLE’s request for comment. But the superintendent told the Lufkin Daily News on Friday that Robertson resigned from her job on Thursday, hours after school officials learned of the accusations.

Attempts to reach her defense attorney were unsuccessful.
