Wait, no....I was making a reference to the Kenan and Kel Show.

Not that any of the senior citizens here would get that.

So is anything official besides Colorado leaving?

OK, since everyone else is throwing shit out there, I'll share my theory with you guys.

I think what's happening now is that the rumor about UT, TAMU and MU + East Coast school to the Big 10 has some legs, but the hang up is some B10 schools are trying to take a step back and want to take academics into consideration. I think only Texas would be on par out of that bunch with what they're looking for. Also think there's about a 7% chance the B12 survives after all and we welcome two new victims to the Texas harem.

I'm telling you. The Pac 10 is not as powerful as it's been portrayed.

Scott is saying this AFTER being rejected by Texas. That's obvious.

If this were true, Nebraska wouldn't be getting an invite. NE and A&M are not as strong academically. Obviously, TX is the cream of the crop, but a Mizzou/Rutgers/UConn would be on par with other Big 10 schools.

Well, that's exactly why they're taking a step back. They realize they can't just start adding a bunch of academically inferior schools to the fold and want to stop the leak, so to speak. I don't think MU is on par with B10 academics, and that's not me talking smack on MU, just being realistic. I'm not saying MU won't be going to the B10, I'm just saying that's the reason for the hang-up.
