Ron Baker is from my town. Ever since he said, "Scott City I love you." 2 years ago the whole damn town became the most ridiculous wsu homers on the planet. ****ing hell. The amount of irrational basketball rhetoric is off the ****ing charts. If KU manages to lose this game it will be unbearable. FFS the entire town circulated the article of self saying it was a mistake to not recruit Ron Baker. Sure. But e says that about everybody. Hell he said it about Buddy Hield not a month ago. And Baker has been ripping it up going on 3 years now. I haven't seen William Goddamned Self attending any Scott Community High School basketball games.

Now don't get me wrong. I'm as happy as anyone for Baker, save for maybe his parents. In fact I'd wager I'm more excited about what he's done because I at least have a cursory understanding about how special and unusual what he's done is. And I actively root for WSU. But not this time. I'm going to have to leave town if KU loses.

Do we talk about the game in here, or in the NCAA tournament thread? I'm trying to make sure I don't **** up our mojo.
