And the point I made was that it supposedly happened between the broken arm timeline and the audio being recorded. And never was there any indication other than from HER that there was ever anything even noteworthy about it.

Does no suspension announcements usually happen the same way? IE: It seems suspensions like to be released on Friday afternoon's before the weekend comes as some guesses are being made about today.

How do non-suspensions get handled? I guess I haven't paid attention to those. Similar time frame releases?
