Yes. I did some DVDs for her high school reunion this summer. She's from Geneva Lake, Wisconsin. Really a nice lady, very personable and kind. I wish all my customers were like that :)

I met Zac Brown (and the rest of his band) while working security backstage at the NFL Tailgate (invite-only owner's party) at Super Bowl 51 in Houston. Zac is either really shy, or kind of a prick...I couldn't tell. I also met Fitz and the Tantrums, who opened for the Zac Brown Band. The lead singer for Fitz was super nice.

As a kid I met Ric Flair. Well, I actually met several wrestlers that day, but I was maybe 14 and I was a huge Ric Flair fan. My dad knew Bob Geigel? I that was his name. He was some Mid-States Wrestling dude, and I got to meet them in the locker room. It was a match between Bulldog Bob Brown and Flair vs Bruiser Brody and some other guy. I can't remember his name.

After the match I went to the back and Bruiser Brody scared the hell out of me. I don't think that guy ever faked a thing. Ric Flair laughed at me and told me that I was safe as long as I didn't smell like meat or beer, or something to that effect. Flair was really cool, and shook my hand, still drenched in sweat with blood in his platinum hair. I remember he had huge welts on his chest from the slaps from Brody.

I was a huge fan but I could barely get words out of my mouth. I was trying to tell him what a fan I was, and he could obviously see how nervous I was, and he spontaneous let out a Woooooo, and said something like I get you brother, fans are why I do what I do.

It was at old Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kansas. Other than being scared shitless by Bruiser Brody, and starstruck by my all-time favorite wrestler, The Nature Boy Ric Flair, I remember that I didn't realize until I was on my way home that all the wrestlers were just hanging out together. I was 14 and thought that good guys and bad guys, now called faces and heels, only hung out with other good guys, or bad guys, depending on which they were. I had just met my hero, and it took a while to process it, but Ric Flair couldn't have been more awesome.

The other time I met my hero didn't go so well. I, along with every other little leaguer I knew idolized George Brett. He still is the greatest baseball player that I have ever seen. I don't remember the exact circumstances as to how it happened, but my dad's boss, my dad, and the woman my dad was having an affair with (who later became my stepmother but I was clueless at the time) were at I believe the Golden Ox, it was down by Kemper Arena, and somehow I ended up standing on the fringe of a group of adults outside.
As a 10 year old kid (it was 1981) I remember thinking that I had been standing around with nothing to do as all the adults talked for what seemed like literal hours. It was probably 30-45 minutes, but that seemed like forever, especially when you complain about it and are told to just shut up.

But then there was George Brett and all that waiting seemed like it was about to payoff. But as he made his way toward the restaurant some of the adults tried talking to him, and he basically told them to eff off. I didn't understand what was happening, so I tried to say something to him, and he made eye contact with me, and then basically hip checked me without saying a word. I know he saw me because we absolutely locked eyes. Of course, I immediately cried. I was 10 and he was my hero. I wore #5 because of him.

As I embarrassingly tried to stop crying and stealthily wipe the snot from my face, I could hear the adults calling him a drunk asshole, and they were quite upset that a drunk celebrity would basically run over a little kid. I asked my dad about it years later, and he told me that Brett was so drunk that he was belligerent and didn't actually hip check me so much as staggered into me.

My dad then told me something that I never knew, because after the incident at the door with my hero crushing my feelings I kinda blocked out the rest of the night. He told me that the other person who was with Brett (I wanna say Jamie Quirk but my dad couldn't really remember) paid the tab for everyone that had been standing outside, and came to everyone's table and apologized.

Those are the two that truly stick out to me, that were not a result of my job.

I met William Devane (sp?) at the American Royal. He was on a soap opera drama Falcon Crest or some crap.

Later in life I had a job that brought me into contact with Deron Cherry and Joe Montana, who were both in the booze biz, and both super chill and charismatic. And I had a job where I participated in a conference call with Shania Twain. In fact, she actually said my name during the call. I never met her in person, but she was extremely nice over the phone, and knew her business front and back, quoting sales numbers spot on.

I've got one, but I haven't seen/talked to her in decades and didn't even know she was famous until a couple of years ago - Dr. Gina Louden. She's a conservative news personality now.

Our mothers went to college together - I've known her pretty much all my life.

And if you think she looks good now, you should have seen her in high school.

Ran into Tommy Lee Jones at a Vegas airport my wedding week. I saw him (I was drunk) and was like, "whoa, Tommy Lee Jones?!?! I loved you in The Fugitive!!!" He responded with a terribly annoyed expression, briefly grabbed his balls and was like, "fugitive this, asshole!!!" And continued to storm on by.

I have been good personal friends with Brooks Wheelan (and his brothers...his 36 year old brother is the one I am closest to) since I was in 4th grade through wrestling camps and later on, my college town through his brother wrestling there and his family living there. Brooks is a standup comedian who was on SNL for a season. I can tell you tons of stuff about his comedy origins.

The Impractical Jokers had a pretty large following in Southeast Iowa at the start of their 1st season. One of the first places they toured to (as a comedy troupe called The Tenderloins) was Burlington, IA due to there being so many requests...they weren't used to the stardom yet and stated that they weren't publicly recognized at all and said repeatedly that they found it so random that out of all places where they developed a large following, SEI was the geographical location. My wife, cousins and I partied with them all night. Q was the coolest...hands down. He and I talked the entire night. Sal was very nice and socially awkward. Joe just seemed to float around and go along with the flow and "nose" everyone. Murr was a ****ing douchebag. He hit on my wife right in front of me. It was obvious to everyone there that her and I were together and right in front of me, he straight up pulled her aside and said shit to her (loudly) along the lines of, "dude, I had no idea there were hot women in Iowa. You are ****ing hot. Come to the bus with me and have some drinks. Etc." I spoke up and was like, "dude, can't you see that her and I are ****ing married?" He acted like he didn't notice by spitting his drink out and acting all like, "holy shit, omg, omg." Then my wife did something that pissed me off...she said, "oh rico, you know they are just joking. Stop acting like a little bitch!" This made Murr laugh hysterically, Joe seemed indifferent, Sal was mortified and told me sorry like a thousand times and begged me to continue being their fan and Q got pissed and said to my wife that she should not disrespect me like that and told Murr to cool it because he was being a douchebag to their fans. My cousin happened to snap a picture of Murr and my wife right when I told him to cool it. He also snapped a photo of Q and her in which he didn't even want to be in the pic with her because he thought what she said to me was uncool. I will attach those. And for the remainder of the night, Murr kept asking Joe (loud enough for me to hear), "dude, should I keep on hitting on that meat-head's wife? It'll be funny as hell, right?" Joe kind of smirked and said, "Murr, just don't get us killed." Q and Sal both noticed that I was hearing every bit of this and Sal continued to apologize and Q told me to ignore Murr for he is a total douchebag sometimes and that he was pissing him off...and assured me he wouldn't let him hit on her any more. Q and I were buds that night.

I met Tom Green. He was in a twitter whore phase and retweeted a tweet that I wrote about Glen Humplik munching dingleberries that he thought was funny. He @'d Glenn and directed him to my account where he assured me that he does not eat dingleberries. Then he asked me to catch his show in my area for he was touring there. So I did... when I introduced myself, he was very stand-offish and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about when I brought up the twitter exchange. I asked my wife to marry me that night.

I met Rick Flair at AAU Nationals when I was a Sophomore. His son was in my grade and weight...in my bracket. I spotted him in the nosebleeds hiding out by himself. I approached him with a dollar and asked him for his autograph and pointed out my name in his son's bracket and told him that if I won my next match and his son won his, we'd meet in the semis (I lost). He told me he would sign my dollar on the condition that I didn't tell anyone else that he was there, for he wasn't in the mood to be bombarded by kids...he just wanted to watch his son. I agreed to it. After signing, he wished me luck and told me the dollar would be worth a million now and smiled at me. I believe that son of his died a few years ago.

Attached: 2 pics taken the moment I told Murr to cool it with my wife...even one of him spitting his drink out... followed by Q's reaction to the whole ordeal. He wasn't happy.

Damn she is hot and at first I thought that was Stormy! ROFL

It appears that 90% of you Rednecks have met Ric Flair. WTF is with that? Did he secretly bang all your Moms?

She blows Stormy away. And she doesn't have plastic parts, either. Basically looks the same as she always did. She's a couple of years younger than me, so she's got to be 50 or 51 now. Amazing.

LMAO It is odd... and the dude was trying hard to not even be noticed... (like...he straight up said that he wasn't excited that I spotted him). Dude was by himself in the nosebleeds of the Silverdome without anyone around him because he wasn't in the mood to be bombarded by kids. Lol, dude can't escape or remain undetected from the rednecks and their super Rick Flair sensors.

Met Steven Seagal in LAX. They claim he's 6'4 but I'm pretty sure he's under 6 ft.
