LMAO. Guys typically use regular anal douches - there are also shower adapters that can be used as well. Gay men don't chance anything when it comes to that. Nothing turns a boner to soft faster that the sudden smell of poo.

That was pretty ****ing horrific. My sister has a flight attendant friend that lost friends in that tragedy. Just ****ing terrible. I don't even have the words.
