Files motion to dismiss based on the theory that the government (such as it is) has failed to define any cause of action. If American jurisprudence does not apply in favor of "Chiefsplanet jurisprudence" (though I find applying the word "prudence" to the Chiefsplanet judiciary somewhat of a ludicrous concept), then no one has defined the offense of Treason.

It is therefore impossible to make a defense when no one even knows what makes up the crime. Public outrage and a mass of facts mean nothing without a criminal cause of action to apply these elements.
