Herm was a very poor NFL HC; Haley is simply not an NFL HC. He's the NFL version of Trey Hillman.

How so? Herm was a secondary coach/scout at best. Haley is a WR coach/ Offensive OC at best.

It's hard to call Haley a coordinator of anything when he cant even coordinate plays in to the QB.

Herm was a clown, but Haley has done some of the most incalculably stupid shit that I've ever seen from a HC. Plus he can't seem to get along with many of his staff members (see: OC), and he's often embarrassed the organization (see: post-game antics and whining).

Meh Haley actually made the playoffs which is more than Hillman or Moore will ever accomplish.

Haley has done some stupid shit but I always thought Herm's conservative play calling was equally as stupid and would kill momentum.

I think Haley could be a good head coach down the road but he's gotta be fired after the season.
