I heard he’s a douchebag...

I stood next to the Masterson bro who plays Francis in Malcolm in the Middle, Samantha Ronson and Lindsey Lohan in the front row of an underpopulated stage/crowd at Lollapalooza. We were watching DJ Momjeans aka Danny Masterson’s techno set. Lohan said something about how that was the first time she could enjoy watching from the crowd because there weren’t many people watching that show...they were all at Rage and Wilco. I was at Rage, but they kept stopping the show because people were literally getting trampled and smothered to the point where they were being air-cared to the hospital...De La Rocha was spending most the time telling everyone that people could get killed so we needed to take 5 steps back... so we left. Checked out Momjeans. It was pretty cool. The three didn’t stand there and converse that heavily or anything, but they were cordial...little small talk things. Lohan was the nicest...she came off as very sweet what little we interacted.

Steve Nash - I worked bouncer at a shit hole bar and didn't notice him sitting a the bar all night until last call and lights on. He was stumbling drunk trying to get to the pisser while we were herding all the drunks outside. One of the other bouncers was about to kick him out with the crowd but I noticed who he was and ushered him through the crowd to the back where the bathrooms were.

Carson Palmer - Same shit hole bar. I was working door that night and he rolled up with a baseball cap on with his crew expecting me to just let him in. Didn't recognize him so I checked his ID and realized who he was. He slipped me a $20 and I let them all in. I think it was for me not saying anything about who he was in front of the drunk crowd gathered outside the door.

Neil deGrasse Tyson - Did a lecture at a scientific facility I was working at when I was finishing up college. It was before he was TV famous. He did a talk about living in higher dimensions and it blew me away. I chatted with him for about 5 mins after the lecture until the facilitator of the lecture grabbed his attention and pulled him away.

Junior Seau - Owned a bar in San Diego that was one of my accounts. We did a weekly promo night there with local island music. He would show up those nights to hang out and hear the bands play. Always extremely friendly, very humble and surprisingly quiet. Had a thing for blondes with big bewbs. Always had one on his arm.

Tank Abbot - Was sitting at a bar in Huntington Beach. Dude pulls up a bar stool next to me. Paid little attention but from my peripherals I could tell he was a heavy set old dude with a long beard. My buddy comes back from the pisser and says awkwardly loud " Holy Shit. You're Tank Abbot!" He smirked and we ended up shooting the shit for half an hour.

I was at the same nightclub once that Terrel Owens and Jason Giambi and some real world star was there. But that's about it.

Fun fact, the Bryan Adams was the very best. He actually came to our hotel room and watched Friday the 13th part 3 and loved being with us. We had an ice chest full of beer and he just relaxed, socialized and dug the movie. I turned around and my whole goddamn hotel room was filled with on lookers who I attempted to rushed out immediately and Bryan was like its ok - and we proceeded to have an awesome night. He was grateful and thanked me at the end of his visit. It was my best friend and our girl friends at the time. The concert was in Memphis, TN Journey and Bryan Adams. During the entire Journey performance, Steve Perry kept saying Bryan Adams staying at the hotel we were staying at in Overton Square.

Another fun fact, Neil Smith was at JC Penny's here in Baton Rouge. I got his autograph and socialized with him. Nice guy then in the same GD year the SOB signs with the Broncos! SOB! I burned my autographed pic on my then Webber grill.

Mark Slaughter was the single coolest celeb I ever met, it was way back when he was fronting Vinnie Vincent Invasion... he treated me like an equal, and even worked part of our conversation into one of his raps to the crowd

Met Mark on the Stick It To Ya tour. I bought him a drink after the show and had the CD and a sharpie with me. He signed the CD and gave me a pick to put in the case. Still have it till this day. Awesome dude!

Another fun fact, my wife at the time David Lee Roth wanted to put her on stage for the "kiss" When approached, I told the guy uh, that's my wife. Later when I met DLR he said to me I wanted her on stage! He understood why I declined! LOL! Those where the days!
