As far as I can tell. I googled 2015 Sunday Ticket and it said for regular it's 4 payments of $40

On DTV Website. Sunday ticket max, 6 payments of $58.99, regular Sunday ticket 6 payments of 41.99.

LAME.

DTV ups Sunday Ticket price. It's actually higher.

Is there a preferred country as far as lower price?

Stupid DirecTV. Must have routed me to an old ad or something. Well, looks like I'll be calling the retention department to cancel my Sunday Ticket. 😉😉

I've heard it varies, but honestly haven't dug into it much. I'm mainly focused on just having it as an option rather than getting it cheap.

I called about a month ago to get my bill lowered. Have the choice program (I think), get NFL, MLB networks and FSKC which allows me to watch most of the games I care about. Been a customer approximately 3 years, called to get my bill lowered from 110 a month. Agreed to a $30 discount per month for a year. In the same phone call I told them I needed to add a second T.V as I just recently finished my basement, the guy wanted me to lock into a 2nd year contract with no discount. After going around and around with him I ended up canceling.

Called back two days later to see if there was anything they'd do to get me back, to make a long story short they offered $200 in visa cards, lowered my bill from $110 to $50 for a year, free Sunday Ticket for 2015, free movies for 3months. I was going to accept $30 less per month for a year, ended up getting a much better deal after cancelling for a weekend.

So when you cancelled did you keep your equipment that week so they didn't have to come reinstall?

Forgot about that part. They had to come to hook up the 2nd TV, not only did they throw in all that free stuff they upgraded my equipment to the top-of-the-line stuff for no charge. I went from only being able to record/watch 2 programs at one time to 5-6 at one time. My DVR capacity increased exponentially as well.

When does Sunday Ticket renew? Should I call now so it doesn't?

lewdog 06-16-2015 06:49 PM

I'm calling to cancel. I'd take some one's login if they don't give me a deal and pay someone for that. Just putting that on the radar.

lewdog 06-16-2015 07:00 PM

Welp, just cancelled the auto-renewal. Not even a half off offer from that ho on the phone. I told her we had some financial things come up recently, car repair and some healthcare costs for my wife that cost a few thousand dollars, both true. Not even a ****ing discount! DAMN.

So back to buying someone's login if anyone wants to offer it.....

kpic 06-17-2015 03:23 AM

What does someone's login get you? You can watch it on the computer only?
