I called about a month ago to get my bill lowered. Have the choice program (I think), get NFL, MLB networks and FSKC which allows me to watch most of the games I care about. Been a customer approximately 3 years, called to get my bill lowered from 110 a month. Agreed to a $30 discount per month for a year. In the same phone call I told them I needed to add a second T.V as I just recently finished my basement, the guy wanted me to lock into a 2nd year contract with no discount. After going around and around with him I ended up canceling.
Called back two days later to see if there was anything they'd do to get me back, to make a long story short they offered $200 in visa cards, lowered my bill from $110 to $50 for a year, free Sunday Ticket for 2015, free movies for 3months. I was going to accept $30 less per month for a year, ended up getting a much better deal after cancelling for a weekend. |

So when you cancelled did you keep your equipment that week so they didn't have to come reinstall? |

When does Sunday Ticket renew? Should I call now so it doesn't?
|
I'm calling to cancel. I'd take some one's login if they don't give me a deal and pay someone for that. Just putting that on the radar.
|
Welp, just cancelled the auto-renewal. Not even a half off offer from that ho on the phone. I told her we had some financial things come up recently, car repair and some healthcare costs for my wife that cost a few thousand dollars, both true. Not even a ****ing discount! DAMN.
So back to buying someone's login if anyone wants to offer it..... |
What does someone's login get you? You can watch it on the computer only?
