He's not a horrible QB. I can admit that, I do believe he's more inconsistent and conservative than most quarterbacks and that's his biggest problem. When it's 3rd and 10 don't throw a 4 yard pass.

It's classic that Smith follows up his best game in a Chiefs uniform with his worst one. Inaccurate, indecisive, and just the wrong instincts all damn day.
