We went 2-14 last season. With our first three picks in the draft we:
Drafted a LT number one overall so Clark doesn't have to give our franchise LT a big, fat contract. Nice money saving move with the first over pick  Traded the 34th overall pick for a mediocre, backup caliber QB. He will be our QB for the next four or five years. This is great, because it allows Dorsey/Reid to avoid developing their own QBs just like the Chiefs have done for the last 30 years. Drafted a mother ****ing TE with our third rounder. Makes sense. Not many holes to fill on a team that went 14-2 last season. |

As if it was a big pile of shit before. |
A bit surprising that we took a TE this high.
Especially considering the contract given to Fasano. Apparently Dorsey doesn't think this team has any real holes left. Kelce showed promise in his senior season. Some think he compares favorably to Gronkowski. I'm sure the R2 run on ILB's didn't help matters much. There are still 2 or 3 guys left at that position that can be had in Rounds 4 and 5. Hopefully we'll land Reddick. |
This shit is Vermeil all over again. Overpaying in a trade for a veteran QB, filling all your holes in a FA crapshoot, and drafts that are just off the ****ing reservation.

If Reid actually ran the ball, Charles would have 2000 yards this season.

With the first pick of the 2014 NFL DRAFT the Kansas City CHIEFS select
South Carolina*defensive end Jadeveon Clowney |
I'm not terribly upset by this pick. Everyone was going to bitch regardless of who it was.
|
Good thing Belcher offd himself....he and Kelce would've been good drinking buddies
|
Worst ****ing pick ever. Serious head and nut scratcher.
|
(when sober) Kelce is a badass. There is nothing wrong with that pick. People are bitching just to bitch at this point. Our running game is going to be off the charts.
