if he turns into 5 years of Jason Dunn that's great value in the 3rd round

pro bowlers and all pros are very few, and very far between in the 3rd round

Dude, don't act like you know any more than all of the people you're trying to jizz all over. This is the round you find depth and contributors on your lines. Notice in 2006 a pretty good RT was drafted in the 3rd round. We just released him here. We decided to draft one first over all. That's called doing it wrong.

I know what you're saying, and I have the same thoughts. But I'm going to move on from my frustration and hope we put together a team with a bunch of good players. If so, and Alex Smith isn't the answer, we won't be far away from a successful team if we can find that QB we all hope for.

Clearly there was no one to take at #1 this year...so we took the BPA on our board.

Dion Jordan would have been fine as well.

No skill players. Tough luck for us.

The guy is a legit receiver too. He's a real good player. I don't know about a TE in that spot but I guess the BPA thing wasn't a joke.
