No smokes for me now for 4 years and 5 months. I can't remember the last time I even thought about it. But I remember going through some trying times......just like being a Chiefs fan. ;) |

I have not one but two buddies who quit completely for 2 years and then started smoking again. They both said they missed it every day. I'm not sure the craving ever goes away.
