Ok I get it! if I opened a cigar bar that a nonsmoker would never enter I do not have the right to because the nonsmoker is offended! I was really out of line thinking I have the right to open a bussiness that allows people to enter if they only if they choose! is way too offensive :doh!:

i would vote no. i dont think the government should tell a private business owner how to run his business. if people dont want to smell smoke at my bar they should go to a different bar. but thats not enough for some people, they want to outlaw anything they think is unpleasant anywhere.

I voted yes. I have buried my father, aunt and uncle due to emphysema and lung cancer. I am in medicine and have personally seen the destruction caused by smoking and second hand smoke. Below is just 1 statistic you need to know.
The states with death rates in the fourth interval (64.6 to 77.2 per 100,000) include Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, and West Virginia. *Rates are per 100,000 and are age-adjusted to the 2000 U.S. standard population. †Source: U.S. Cancer Statistics Working Group.
