You know, I don't understand this at all. If you are going to be selected in the top 5 no matter what. Why would you not enter the Draft? I wish someone would have offered me 60 mil straight out of college.

Does it really matter. Us or them, he doesn't have a say.

Ask Eli Manning about that.

True, but I don't see Sanchez (or Stafford, for that matter) being the douche that Manning was/is.

I can see Stafford doing that bigtime, with the inside track he has.

I still don't get that attitude about Manning.

He didn't want to play for Marty. Can you really blame him?

I'd ask for a trade as well. And, his father was behind him 100%.

Since then, he's won a Super Bowl and the Chargers haven't.

I'd say it worked out pretty well for him.

And PS: Marty's been fired.

It worked out for both teams so I don't see the problem.

I don't see the problem and I don't think he's a "douche".

That ****ing word is thrown around so much in this forum that it's completely lost all meaning.

What valuable connotations did this term used to possess for you? ;)

Well, it used to be a funny jab: "Hey, what are YOU douchebags doing today!".

On the 'Planet, it just seems to be a word that's substituted for someone the poster doesn't like: "Eli Manning is douchebag because he wouldn't play for San Diego. I hate him".

It's clearly not the same.
