Given that the murderer's brother described him as 'rich', and given these stories about gambling, I wonder if the story will come out that he'd gambled away everything and was about to get exposed. It might explain some seemingly random anger at Las Vegas.

The shooter wired 100,000 dollars to the Phillipines before he committed this act. Jut a FYI ISIS does have a foothold in the Phillipines
