I thought Palmer was good his ONE PRO BOWL YEAR...
and then after the knee injury he became a glorified Drew Bledsoe... he has no touch...he has no feel for pressure... he is VASTLY overrated... just like I said last year just like he continues to be but no big deal I call things before they happen and when they happen I'm just an idiot. |

hey...
2008 looked great yesterday! Dorsey/Albert/Charles/Carr/Flowers damn I have no issues with any of that! If I EVER SAY ANYTHING negative about a Chiefs player and he proves me wrong (see Carr last night)... I am the happiest person there is... Chiefs wins trump anything...I've spent a ton of $$ on FFL this year and I'd take a loss in every league every week every time for a Chiefs victory... |
hey you know what's funny?
Tom Brady's team...the Patriots...they have all of those 4th quarter comebacks, too! and game winning drives! I bet Matt Cassel even had some for New England in 2008, too! My point is... The QB is a HUGE factor...but in the end...it is a team sport...and sometimes no matter how well you play or how good you are (see Romo against the Giants in their Super Bowl year)...sometimes it's not enough Brady has never had to do anything remarkable to win in the playoffs... ever... MINUS MAYBE THE PANTHERS SUPER BOWL IN WHICH THEY WERE HEAVY FAVORITES... |
Hootie why didnt you bet this week? just wonderin.

Hootie is right all the time, except when he constantly flip flops
About Palmer, Dorsey, Grossman, Jeff Garcia, Jackson, DJ, Carr, Thigpen, Huard, or essentially anyone, ever. |
This thread is a classic.
Just had to post, so when it goes to the Hall of Classics, I can say I posted in that thread. |
