It's pretty easy. You just have to hit the "add transaction to trade" button after each pick or player you want to add. So if you were going to trade with me, you'd select yourself in the first column, choose your 1st round rookie pick in the middle column, then choose me in the 3rd column. Then hit "add transaction".

Then select me in the first column, my pick that you want in the second, and you in the 3rd. Then add transaction again.

When everything's on the table, you hit "propose trade"
