To me it all boils down to fear. Back then missing which happens so often was so hard, if not impossible, to overcome. Now with the new CBA combined with the league being a QB driven league the fear should of been removed and a willingness to take a QB high should be a priority for any and all teams that don't have thier guy.

Not really. The Chiefs have one of the worst QBs in the NFL, so pretty much everything he said was true.
