The only Chiefs fan actually acknowledged as being inducted into the HOF is Puppet Lady. So, his bullshit induction apparently didn't count.

I was just there a few weeks ago and there is nothing referencing that nut job anywhere in Canton.

Decades ago Canton had a small wall dedicated to super fans from each team, when I was there they had Arrow Man representing the Chiefs. It's very likely x-farter has been on display in Canton as well, just swap out the pictures and change the name plate. For the time that was probably considered as inducted as a fan is going to get.
