for anyone asking how he survived a car crash at such a high speed, he didn't. Ruggs' life as he knew it, is over.
this is what karma likes to do with drunk drivers that kill other people, so they can spend the rest of their numbered days on earth living out a preview of their eternity in hell |
Ruggs must also wear a device to monitor drinking and other controlled substances.
Didn't know there was anything that would do that. |

I think there was. There was a scenario here in which I could have said he was a normal person who made a bad decision and did a scummy thing. With all of these details revealed, it’s apparent that he is actual scum. |

Yeah **** him. BTW Blackop, 156 MPH is exactly how you get rear ended and then burst into flames. And I don't give a **** if it's a Hummer or a goddamn Hyundai. A fuel line is a fuel line and spark is spark. |
156 mph on a surface street? Before I left Germany, I rented a BMW with the intent of going as fast as I could possibly go on the autobahn. I only had the nerve for 260KPH (about 160 mph) on a pretty much empty stretch made to accommodate that kind of speed. Anyone going that fast on a Vegas road is criminally reckless.
