I think you need to rename yourself Google Barrett :D

Need help locating the weather stripping that goes along the windshield of my 07 Civic. Also, not sure if I should just say **** it and leave it this way. The Arizona sun is brutal on a car that's not garaged.

That looks like the wrong year Civic. Hence my question. I don't want to order something that's wrong but I am having a hard time verifying if it will really fit.

I think it's this entire piece? Goes along roof too.

This might be it. But you're right, it's not easy to find.

It looks like the shipping to send these long ass pieces is insane! Might just have to get from dealer if shipping is so crazy.

At those prices you might want to see if a pick-n-pull has some '07 Civics.

In this picture the dash is missing accessory pieces, such as the trim rings around the 2-1/4" gauges etc, but you can see how it fits in the car. We'll be making this available to the public soon. Sorry for the super sized pics.

Are you wanting to replace the rubber lip between the molding or the entire molding?

This looks like it fills the bill on the 4 door.

The paint on the stainless moldings has been an issue on many cars I have owned. Paint always had issues so I resorted to using vinyl vehicle or sign wrap material. I did carbon fiber wrap on a hood and moldings once but can't find pics.

If you get parts directly from the dealer, they are responsible for getting you the right parts.

Considering one line of this as a signature line in car forums.

I do like the look but pictures make it look "plasticy" I am sure it is better in person.

May I ask what the highlighted items are for? The one left of the dash looks to have a slot for a Nintendo cartridge. Is it using the OE wiper switch? And what are the quarter sized items.

I look forward to seeing a picture of the completed dash where the entertainment unit is flush and the holes are all filled. I noticed the lack of a glove box and cup holders instead of storage.

I bet it looks and feels upgraded when sitting behind the wheel and does a GREAT job of keeping the classic look and modern ergonomics.

NICE PRODUCT

Alright wrench monkeys. Tell me WTF happened here. Dad has a 300 Ford on one of his irrigation wells and was losing electricity somewhere. It ended up being the cap but who the **** cares.

So it was missing hard and dad proceeds to pull the coil wire out of the cap and make it arc to the connector in the cap. Motor lines out and runs fine. So we set out after parts and I ask him what the actual **** happened there? He said, “I don’t know the science but dad (my grandpa) always said if you have a weak connection somewhere pull the wire and make it arc and it will amplify it and make it run.”

Is he feeding me full of shit? I’d think that’s backassward if I didn’t see it with my own two eyes.

I think it’s right because he bypassed the resistor and made it run better (more bolts to the coil)

Has anyone ever heard of this?
