This is Liam Reilly, Recruitment Chair for Delta Upsilon at Kansas State University, 2009 graduate of Shawnee Mission West High School and current Bike Culture Intern at the KSU Office of Sustainability.

He is the genius that thought it would be a good idea to harass Mike Dixon by calling and texting him hundreds of times, but of course the future brain surgeon used his own number.

Michael Dixon Jr @ M1keD1xonJR K State Fan number 1 who keeps calling me. Here we go with this again. # Big12 (913) 593-5702

Of course the tables turned pretty quickly once Dixon tweeted this out to his 6,000 twitter followers.

It has been hilarious watching the drama unfold on Tigerboard.

He looks like a d-bag and his girl looks like she could suck-start a brontosaurus.

He looks like a penis with ears.

He should marry that chick. You could build a new stadium on their kid's forehead.

If penises were that oily, KY Jelly wouldn't exist.

I hate the format of that board, is there a way to change it to threaded?

Saul Good 01-05-2012 06:04 PM

There are only two teams in the conference that have not had a player of the week award winner this season. Anyone want to guess which two teams?

No. You can get AIDS just from looking at it.

I'm sure that the 14-0 Tigers who lead the country in field goal percentage, are second in the country in scoring, have a national POTY candidate, and have the national leader in field goal percentage just haven't had a player have a great week, but Tech and Oklahoma have.

Name the week that MU should of had one, then let's compare it to the named player of the week. I'm curious more than anything.

Thank God....I've been looking for that list.

The first one that jumps out is the one J'Covan Brown won on 11/21. He played 2 games that week and lost both. Brown had 26 points, 6 rebounds, and 9 assists in an overtime loss to Oregon State. He then had 17 points and 7 assists in a loss to NC State. He had 7 total turnovers in those 2 games. He played 72 combined minutes in the two games.

Marcus Denmon also played 2 games. He had 22 points and 7 rebounds in a 31 point win against Niagra. He then Scored 26 and had 4 rebounds in a 29 point win against Notre Dame. He only turned the ball over 1 time during those 2 games. Also, because they blew out their opponents, Denmon played a total of only 55 combined minutes.

That shouldn't even be close. Denmon had 44 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists, and 1 turnover in 55 minutes and two wins by a combined 60 points.

Brown had 42 points, 9 rebounds, 16 assists, and 7 turnovers in 72 minutes in two losses.
