Missouri was coming off of a great game after some narrow escapes and going to play an opponent who was playing well and played a terrible, terrible game.

KSU's perimeter defense has just been absolutely suffocating, and Missouri's guards have lacked discipline and pressed the entire half.

I don't want to diminish what KSU has done so far, because they've played truly excellent basketball, but Missouri is clearly not ready to play today and they are getting lashed by a good team because of it.

I hope we don't lose a game. How have you dealt with all your losses this year?

I had a feeling after KState lost to KU they would come out like this.

KSU had Long Beach St. in a similar situation in Hawaii. They were up 20 at the half, lost the entire lead and went down 2 in the first 11 minutes of the 2nd half.. They had to battle back to win the game.

So as discouraging as it may look, a 3 here, an Orebound and putback there, and it'll be a game again.
