Wrong, Dex is our best WR.

BossChief told me so.

So far in the two games of preseason, which receiver has been better?

Bowe isnt here, Baldwin and Breaston arent doing shit.

As far as the 2012 preseason goes, he has been the best receiver for KC.

I do.

That sucks.

You think it sucks because you hate McCluster and hate Pioli. What else is new?

Why are you connecting me with the OP? I've never said Dexter was going to catch 100 passes. And I've already said there's no ****ing way he's beating Welker in yards. Go away.

I'm just saying that this thread might not be the hill you want to die on. The OP is an idiot, and you're going to get tagged by association.

When they have Baldwin and Breaston sitting within 5 to 7 yards from the LOS, and send McCluster out on the intermediate to deep routes, they'll be the ones getting the action, and chances are that they'll actually get better yac.

I don't know how you find it enjoyable wasting your days trolling your own team.

And if it continues, we will be one of the worst offenses in football.

I trust you realize this.

Why wouldn't I hate a receiver who is worthless past 10 yards?

Why wouldn't you?

Think about it, homer.

Why should I care where he catches the ball if he averages more than 10 yards per catch?

You know who our "best receiver" was last preseason?

Dexter. LMAO

Steve Breaston had 6 catches for 35 yards, too.

LMAO LMAO LMAO

Preseason rocks, you guys.

BossChief 08-19-2012 09:47 PM

People that would rather be right about a player being bad than see them succeed for KC are ****ing sad.

In two years for KC, Dexter has had 199 offensive touches while splitting time as a receiver and running back.

I don't think its absurd to think he could have 60 catches or so as a slot guy.

If I were to set an over/under for Dexters production I would set it at 600 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Just based on 5 of his 6 catches, it's pretty easy to see he's not gonna do that.

The chances of him getting open by 15 yards off play action like he did on his one play that was worth a shit are virtually nil in a real football game.

Not sure how its so easy to see he's not gonna do that. Bowe hasn't even been on the field yet.

If Dexter, as the #4 WR, catches 60 balls this year, we will have the best passing offense in the league.

You have gone full on ****ing reerun in regards to Dexter. LMAO

He won't have 300 yards receiving.

mcaj22 08-19-2012 09:49 PM

you know who else hasnt shown anything in preseason so far, or even shown up yet... Dwayne Bowe.

So I am not worried that Breaston or Bowe arent getting theirs in preseason. They are our most reliable WRs, and veterans. Until one of these other young turd nuggets start showing their draft value and some consistency, Breaston and Bowe will be the guys.

Because he's 5-foot-7 and isn't fast, and our QB sucks at throwing the ball down the field.

Hence, Dexter's "value" to the team is catching screens and dumpoffs.

Awesome pick, awesome player. LMAO
