I already told her if she liked it, then cool, good for her. However, she's turning it into this thing to prove I'm wrong (cause I'm rarely ever wrong ;)).

So... now turning to the Planet.

How early is too early to bring a girl roses?

(There will be no pics of the girl)

I don't give a **** about the girl or the flowers, but you are wrong far more than you know, or want to admit. :thumb:

A bouquet? Second date? Looks and sounds needy. Waaaaaaaaay to early!

On an anniversary, in a serious relationship for a bouquet. Or a birthday, only if you've dated awhile.

That's my argument.

I just called my daughter at FSU to ask, and she wanted to know what it cost first. When she heard that, she thought it was reeruned, because it was a poor investment as a waste of money that early.

I asked her to ask other girls she lives with.

I always sent flowers after the first date. If, that is, the girl was cool and I liked her. Sometimes roses, sometimes not. I sent them even if I didn't expect to call her back.

thankfully, my wife's favorite flower is a carnation and not roses. . Winning.

You only give flowers as apology for ****ing her friend.

Chocolate if she finds out you had your dick sucked.

I didn't start buying my wife flowers until we were engaged. Been married 17 years, and buy the wife a dozen roses ever couple months or so. Sometimes just out of the blue, because I love her, and she loves getting flowers.

To each his own. Second date is probably a bit soon, unless you work for a florist.

One or two roses is a sweet gesture. An entire bouquet? Awkward.

Nope. The few times I've bought her flowers, they've been nice stuff from a real florist. Why is it hard to believe that some women just aren't into flowers? She honestly responds a lot better when I show up with something she commented about something she wanted out of the blue a couple months earlier. That shows that not only do I listen, but I remember and was thinking about her. Flowers are a no-thought gift and a waste, IMO.

That covers it nicely.

They are a great way to make her see you as a nice guy, then it's game over for you.
